Working at the intersection of AI and scientific research to solve problems in The Gambia and beyond.
I'm a first year Computer Science student at the University of The Gambia and a Data Science/AI Intern at the Medical Research Council Unit The Gambia, part of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Currently, I'm exploring the frontiers of deep learning and computer vision to create solutions for existential problems.
My journey began in high school at Nusrat Senior Secondary School, where I discovered my passion for computational science and scientific research. What started as curiosity about how technology could solve everyday problems grew into publishing research papers, leading tech clubs, and building AI-powered tools.
Outside of school and work, I run a YouTube channel called CBJtech, where I share insights on programming, AI, and tech in general.

When I'm not coding or researching, you'll find me playing sports, spending time with family, and eating way too much chocolate. I currently reside in The Gambia.
